A suite of software solutions that integrate with many PLM and PDM systems, as well providing support for general corporate output management, offering extensions for file a multitude format conversions.. Responsibilities include: • Direct customer support, Technical requirements gathering, Software delivery/implementation, Post implementation support, Project Management, Leading role in project lifecycle, Troubleshooting support Minimum Candidate requirements: • Technical Requirements Gathering: 2 years • Customer Support: 3 years • Software Implementation: 1 year • US Citizen • General IT skills (servers, printers, and network) Other helpful knowledge: • Siemens PLM Teamcenter • PLM Systems and ERP Concepts
